Is Sipwell free?
The core water tracker is free, forever. Sipwell Plus is optional and adds your full history, drink types, streak freeze, more colours and every outfit for Dew.
How do I log water?
Tap the glass to add your usual cup, or press and hold to pour exactly what you drank. You can also log from widgets, Control Center, the Action button or Siri: “Log water in Sipwell.”
How do I move my history to a new phone?
If you use iCloud Backup, it moves with your iPhone backup. You can also save a backup file from the You tab and restore it on the new phone.
I'm not getting reminders.
Make sure reminders are on in You › Reminders and that notifications are allowed for Sipwell in iOS Settings. Reminders stay quiet during Focus modes and once you reach your goal.
How do I cancel Sipwell Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. You can restore purchases from the Plus screen in Sipwell.
Is the daily goal medical advice?
No. It's a gentle personal prompt. If a clinician has given you a fluid target, follow that.
